Youth Training Options

8U - 5 weeks, 2x per week, 45 minutes of speed, agility, and quickness (SAQ) training, along with circuit style training to learn movement basics and conditioning. T/TH 4:45-5:30pm

Squirt - 5 weeks, 2x per week, 45 minutes of SAQ training and circuit style training, focusing on building a foundation for movement while also gaining strength and conditioning. T/TH 6-6:45pm

Peewee - 5 weeks, 2x per week, 45 minutes of circuit style training, focusing on gaining strength and endurance, while also learning movement basics and introducing weights.       M - 8:45-9:45pm, W - 7:05-7:50pm

Bantam - 5 weeks, 2x per week, 45 minutes of basic weight training, focusing on movement basics and gaining strength. T/TH 7-8pm

Meet Cole Mahoney, our new Director of Fitness!

About Cole

I am the new Director of Fitness here at The Farm and I am a UW Madison graduate with a degree in Exercise and Movement Science. I am also a Fusionetics Practitioner and an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. I specialize in movement efficiency and corrective exercise in order to reduce the risk of injury, boost performance, and enhance recovery. My goal is to help everybody reach their maximum potential by building strength, endurance, agility, as well as efficiency. In the past, I have done an internship at the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and practice facility at The Star in Frisco, Texas and I’ve been a group fitness instructor since May. I am from Plain, Wisconsin and went to River Valley High School in Spring Green, Wisconsin, where I participated in football, wrestling, and baseball all four years. Currently I enjoy lifting weights and taking group fitness classes to stay in shape, as well as hiking, skiing, road trips, and golfing. I am an avid Wisconsin sports fan, but I especially love the Packers and Wisconsin Football.
